Transwestern Brings Three New Concepts to DFW

DALLAS--Transwestern has represented three new-to-the-area retail brands in securing local space. Transwestern vice president Grant Gold represented the tenants in all three transactions.

DALLAS–Transwestern has represented three new-to-the-area retail brands in securing local space. Transwestern vice president Grant Gold represented the tenants in all three transactions.

The stores are To Be Continued Boutique, which will lease space at The Pavilion on Lovers Lane in Dallas; The Yoga Factory and Wellness Center, to be located at The Shops at Legacy in Plano; and coffee and ice cream shop Twizzles, headed to Allen.
