AUSTIN--As part of its ongoing efforts to continually enhance the firm's platform in local markets across the U.S., JLL has expanded its investor services offering with the addition of property and asset management services in Austin.

“Over the past two years we've added 26 professionals and four new business lines in the Austin market: retail, agency leasing, capital markets investment sales, and now property management,” Todd Wallace, JLL managing director and Austin/San Antonio market leader, told GlobeSt.com. “Those are all key business lines for JLL that represent a substantive portion of our growth.”

As part of the expansion, Sam Shannon has joined JLL as senior vice president and will lead the market's administration and implementation of new management assignments, commercial construction and property management for the region. As a 16-year commercial real estate veteran, she has experience managing and leasing commercial office, retail and industrial portfolios in excess of 1 million square feet.
