MADISON, NJ—Lincoln Equities Group and a team composed of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, HLW International and Real Estate Arts have launched a rebranding of 5 Giralda Farms focusing on upscale amenities to attract companies to the suburban office complex.

The four-story, 450,000-square-foot class A office property, formerly occupied by Pfizer, is set on 50 acres of wooded land on the private Giralda Farms campus in Madison.

Using the tagline “Breathe It In,” the campaign rebrands the complex as “5G” and includes a series of videos to showcase the facility's options and amenities. Tenants can design unique, personalized workspaces, as well as community lobby areas, coffee bars, shops and cafes that encourage collaboration and creativity.

“This unique property gives companies the power to create dynamic spaces that best fit their business needs – surrounded by a beautiful wooded campus perfect for outdoor recreation,” says Ken Flynn, senior director of leasing, Lincoln Equities Group. “We're creating a place where companies can attract top talent and grow.”

A state-of-the-art, 15,000-square-foot fitness center with a basketball court and locker rooms is located on-site, complemented by running and biking trails outside. The property also features conference facilities, a 345-seat cafeteria, a daycare center, an elegant carriage house with meeting rooms, and abundant covered parking in a sky-lit underground garage. The building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2012 for its operating efficiency.

“Employees will love the option to take a jog during lunch breaks, enjoy Wi-Fi on the cafeteria patio, or meet outdoors on a sunny day,” says David Simson, vice chairman of NGKF. “Managers can host company picnics and arrange for outdoor team-building activities; the potential at 5G is endless.”

5G is in the Morris County/Route 24 submarket in Madison, NJ, located just off Route 124, one mile from Route 24. 5G is near Interstates 287 and 78, and is served by three NJ Transit lines and six bus routes.

The Morristown Municipal Airport, located less than two miles from the property, is used as a private airport for corporate and personal aircraft.
