BALA CYNWYD, PA—Bala Cynwyd-based Endurance Real Estate Group named KTR Capital Partners veteran Albert Corr as senior vice president, and promoted Kevin Stackhouse to senior vice president.
Corr will be responsible for oversight of the asset management functions for Endurance's four million square-foot office/industrial portfolio. His role will also include leasing oversight of the portfolio, working on sourcing new acquisition opportunities, due diligence review, and developing and maintaining relationships with leasing and investment sales brokers.
“This position will strengthen the depth of our organization and oversight of our existing assets as well as the velocity and geographic scope of our acquisition and development activity,” says Bill White, CEO of Endurance Real Estate Group. “We will continue to target value added office and industrial transactions in the mid-Atlantic region. With Al's addition and added skill sets we will be better able to respond to the brokerage community in our efforts to find attractive investment opportunities for our institutional and private investors.”
Stackhouse will oversee and focus on the company's development and construction pipeline, as well as select asset management and leasing assignments within the portfolio.
“Kevin joined Endurance in 2005 and has been instrumental in the overall growth of our company,” says Benjamin Cohen, president of Endurance. “With the creation of these two key positions and combined skill sets that Al and Kevin bring to our organization, we will be better positioned to respond and capitalize on opportunities with our institutional and private investors. Most notably Kevin has led the efforts to entitle and prepare our site at 140 Industrial Drive in Pittston, PA as well as the recent lease with Target at 325 Salem Church in York, PA which included the entitlement and expansion of that building by 160,000 square feet.”
Before joining Endurance, Corr had various responsibilities in the asset management group at KTR Capital Partners, including leading KTR's national disposition efforts. He also previously handled day to day asset management of the company's portfolio in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Phoenix, AZ; and Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville, FL.
Before joining KTR, Corr was with BPG Properties (now Equus Capital Partners) in Philadelphia where he was responsible for the firm's acquisition, asset management and disposition efforts throughout New England. During his tenure at BPG, Corr was involved in over $1.1 billion in transactions.
Corr holds an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University and a BS in Business Administration with a Finance major and Economics minor from Millersville University in Pennsylvania. Corr is also a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council and NAIOP.
