IRVINE, CA—The Greater Los Angeles and Orange County (GLA/OC) region posted the three lowest industrial vacancy rates nationally tracked (50 largest metropolitan areas) by CBRE.
As the largest market in the nation, GLA/OC recorded a low vacancy rate of 2.2% (combined) compared to the national average of 5.7%. The neighboring Inland Empire market rounds out in the top three with a vacancy rate of just 3.6%.
