FORT WASHINGTON, PA—TruMark Financial Credit Union is relocating its corporate headquarters to new space at 335 Commerce Drive in Fort Washington, PA in the spring.

TruMark Financial plans to move into its new 74,009-square-foot space in spring 2016. For the past 24 years, the company has occupied 48,000 square feet of space in Trevose, PA. Savills Studley's Greg Soffian and Matt Sall represented TruMark Financial in its long-term lease agreement.

The move provides TruMark Financial's members a more centralized location, which the company intends to utilize not only its headquarters, but also as a new branch, while maintaining its existing branch in Trevose,” says Soffian, senior vice president and co-branch manager of Savills Studley's Philadelphia office.

“The new space accommodates TruMark Financial's growing staff, offering an ideal work environment for current and future employees,” says Sall.

The 74,009-square-foot class A building is located at the intersection of Route 309 and PA turnpike. The building will support a new branch location to serve TruMark's members in the Montgomery County area.
