SAN FRANCISCO–Industry veteran, Kim Havens, is the newest hire at Trumark Urban. She assumes the role of vice president of development after more than eight years at Wilson Meany. During that time, she was project manager for Town Square at Bay Meadows, an 83-acre master plan development.

Havens was responsible for managing the design, financing, and construction of the $134 million project at Bay Meadows, creating the land sales program and negotiating all deals. In her new role, Havens will manage several high-profile construction projects including The Pacific, Trumark Urban's flagship luxury condominium project perched atop Pacific Heights in San Francisco

Arden Hearing, managing director at Trumark Urban, tells GlobeSt.com: “Kim Havens is a strong addition to Trumark Urban's leadership team in San Francisco. Kim has a proven track record of managing high-profile real estate developments, and she will be an invaluable asset to our office as we continue to expand on a growing number of developments throughout California.”

Trumark Urban is currently building three condo projects in the city: Knox, a 91-unit complex at 645 Texas in Dogpatch, funded as previously reported; Rowan, a 70-unit project at 346 Potrero Ave. in the Inner Mission; and The Pacific, 76 luxury condos at 2121 Webster in Pacific Heights, which could have some of the highest prices per square foot in the city. The firm plans to break ground on 100 condo units at 1554 Market St. and is seeking entitlements for a 220-unit development at 1601 Mission St. in the Mid-Market area, part of Trumark Urban's ambitious 700-unit pipeline for the city. The firm is also under construction on TEN50 in Los Angeles, a 25-story condominium project in the heart of downtown.
