Downtown Doral is the manifestation of a blueprint 30 years in the making, when South Florida developer Armando Codina first imagined plans that would bring life to the community. Noteworthy is the fact that Downtown Doral is also the home of the City of Doral's state-of-the-art Government Center. It's also one of a very few communities in Miami-Dade county that has been designated as LEED neighborhood thanks to its abundance of public green spaces.
