SAN FRANCISCO—The next release of homes at The San Francisco Shipyard are available for purchase and tour during a public open house event tomorrow, August 29. During the event at 11 Innes Court, guests can learn more about the multi-billion-dollar San Francisco waterfront community, purchase a new home, and check out the recently completed parks and community marketplace, The Storehouse.

Pricing for the latest phase within the Alma and Engel buildings begins in the mid-$500,000s for one-bedroom condominiums at Engel and the high-$800,000s for two-bedroom townhomes at Alma. Within this phase, there are 105 homes under construction.

For the first time, guests will also be able to tour a model, staged in a three-bedroom townhome at Alma. The model will highlight the homes available in this next release, showcasing Bosch appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood floors and stunning views of the Bay.

Engel's two buildings with one-to-three bedroom condominiums have common-area roof decks offering panoramic views of the Bay and city skyline with courtyards, many with private terraces. Pricing begins in the mid-$500,000s for one-bedrooms, high-$700,000s for two-bedrooms and high-$800,000s for three-bedrooms. Engel also offers Maisonettes, a unique product in the San Francisco market, offering two-bedroom duplex homes spaced over the top two floors of the condominium building. These premium homes, available from the mid-$800,000s, include private decks, wine coolers, fireplaces and stunning views of the San Francisco skyline.

Many of Alma's two- and three-bedroom townhomes feature decks and balconies with sweeping views, many with private back yards. Two bedrooms at Alma begin in the high-$800,000s and three-bedrooms are priced from the high-$900,000s.

Sheryl McKibben, chief marketing officer, The Shipyard Communities, tells GlobeSt.com: "This next release of homes is going to introduce a distinctive product to San Francisco with elevated finishes, lofty ceilings and thoughtfully designed interior spaces. Engel brings a unique product to San Francisco buyers with the introduction of Maisonettes. Limited to a collection of 12, these two-story homes occupy the top floors and feature a special finishes package, spacious great rooms with gas fireplaces and unparalleled views of the city and Bay. Also for the first time at The Shipyard, guests will be able to see, touch and experience what it's like to live here.”

The open house event is free and open to the public. However guests are encouraged to register prior to the event.
