AUSTIN--CBRE has been retained to auction a 15-acre development site in New Braunfels, with approximately 530 feet of frontage on the Guadalupe River and a former power plant building and dam. The property will be sold in an online auction on September 29.

AUSTIN–CBRE has been retained to auction a 15-acre development site in New Braunfels, with approximately 530 feet of frontage on the Guadalupe River and a former power plant building and dam. The property will be sold in an online auction on September 29.

“The 15-acre property offers over 530 feet of Guadalupe River frontage, 500,000 square feet of industrial facilities, and a power plant and dam,” Douglas Johnson, managing director of CBRE Auction Services, told GlobeSt.com. “Situated within the Interstate 35 Texas Technology Corridor between Austin and San Antonio in New Braunfels, this desirable property will appeal to many different buyer profiles that include multifamily, recreation, hospitality/waterpark, industrial, commercial and retail developers.
