NEW YORK CITY—Publicis Groupe has signed a 15-year lease expansion at 1675 Broadway. The longtime tenant at the Rudin Family tower will now occupy 605,000 square feet, expanding by 25,000 square feet after a 580,000 square-foot lease renewal and expansion earlier this year. Publicis was represented by Joseph Thanhauser and Gordon Ogden of Byrnam Wood. Building ownership was represented by Robert Steinman, VP at Rudin Management Co. Asking rents are $75 per square foot.

Muss Development has hit a bullseye. The firm has signed a 15-year, 20,795-square-foot lease for a new Target location at 7000 Austin St., a mixed-use property on the main retail street in Forest Hills, Queens. The new flexible format store is scheduled to open in mid-2016, with Target taking both the entire ground and second floors, pending build-out of the space. Muss was represented in-house in the transaction by Bill Bergman. Jeffrey Howard and Doug Weinstein of Ripco Real Estate represented Target.

SL Green Realty Corp. has announced that Nomura Research Institute Americas has expanded at 810 Seventh Avenue by relocating from 7,112 square feet of existing space into 17,320 square feet on the entire 25th floor. Tara Stacom,Barry Zeller,Justin Royce,Connor Daugstrup and Matthias Li of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction. It was unclear at press time who represented the tenant.

Digital marketing firm In Touch Solutions has committed to a 17,000-square-foot office lease at 469 Seventh Ave. Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren of Savitt Partners arranged the long-term transaction on behalf of the tenant. The asking rent at 469 Seventh Ave.Pu was $56 per square foot.

A new bakery has come to Brooklyn's popular Williamsburg neighborhood. Martha's Country Bakery has signed a 7,300-square-foot lease at 263 Bedford Ave. RKF senior associate Alex Beard and associate Eddie Mamiye represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
