CONSHOHOCKEN, PA— Omer Mir Ahmed, who headed acquisitions and development for Russo Development in New Jersey, has joined Seagis Property Group as a partner.
Ahmed will oversee acquisitions and development activity in the New Jersey marketplace, and the company says it is opening a Rutherford, NJ office.
Before working for Russo, Ahmed spent six years at Accenture. He holds a BA with Honors in Economics and Business from Lafayette College, and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Seagis Property Group owns and operates 9.5 million square feet of industrial buildings in logistically driven locations along the eastern seaboard.
