Company Relocates to Tolleson Business Park

PHOENIX—LGE Design Build recently broke ground on Utility Trailer's 60,000-square-foot Arizona headquarters at the Rados Tolleson Center.

PHOENIX—LGE Design Build recently broke ground on Utility Trailer‘s 60,000-square-foot Arizona headquarters at the Rados Tolleson Center.

Utility Trailer and its 50 employees have outgrown their current facility in Phoenix, near 22nd Avenue and McDowell Road, where the family-owned business has been located since 1953. The company’s new Arizona headquarters, located on 14 acres at 83rd Avenue and I-10 in Tolleson, will double its facility size and be closer to the distribution corridor in the Southwest Valley. Target completion is first quarter 2016. Utility Trailer expects to hire more technicians and sales associates.
