North Bay Resort Quickly Expands Footprint

ROHNERT PARK, CA—Because phase one did not include a hotel product, the expansion will add a six-story, 200-room resort that includes convention amenities, a full-service spa and pool area.

ROHNERT PARK, CA—A $175 million expansion of the Graton Resort & Casino located off US Highway 101 at Golf Course Drive West is now underway, according to the Federated Indians of the Graton Rancheria. The Graton Resort & Casino opened in November 2013 and is owned by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria and managed by Station Casinos LLC.

Greg Sarris, owner of the casino and tribal chairman, tells GlobeSt.com: “The casino opened less than two years ago as a standalone casino with a variety of incredible dining options and an entertainment venue. The tribe always had a vision to include a resort product and it was at their discretion when to expand the venue. Because it was so well received by the Bay Area, the tribe made the decision to expand.”
