PERRIS, CA—The Home Depot has signed a long-term lease, GlobeSt.com has learned. The home improvement company will occupy a 1,008,000-square-foot industrial building located at 4565 Redlands Ave., Perris, CA.
The building, which is part of the Stratford Ranch mixed-use development, is nearing completion. The terms of the lease are not available and sources involved could not disclose further details to GlobeSt.com by deadline.
“This state-of-the-art facility fitted all of Home Depot's requirements,” says one source close to the deal, who also noted that phase two of the project, which is a 602,640 square feet facility, is set to begin in the fourth quarter of this year. “Stratford Ranch is located in a key area of the Inland Empire and is strategically located near all the major freeways in the area.”
