ROSELAND, NJ — Accordia Realty Ventures will manage and oversee the extensive repositioning of 5 Becker Farm Road, a 118,139-square-foot office building located on 8.5 acres within 280 Corporate Center in Roseland, NJ.

“We're excited to be working with old friends whose vision for the property we respect immensely,” says Accordia's principal Joe Romano. “With its excellent location, it's no surprise this class A building has seen extraordinary market activity recently.”

The four-story building offers an onsite, full-service cafeteria; building security; daycare center; ample parking; and bus service to Newark and surrounding areas.

Adjacent to “bedroom communities” with direct access to the four-way cloverleaf interchange at I-280 and Livingston Avenue, and with excellent access to New York City and Newark Liberty International Airport, convenience is perhaps the property's best feature.

Accordia is currently meeting with architects and contractors to finalize a multi-million dollar capital improvement program at the building. The Fairfield-based firm will update the lobby, common areas and elevators and repave the parking lot.

The owner of the property, San Francisco-based Soma Capital Partners, is well acquainted with Accordia, having partnered with the firm on multiple projects over the last several years.
