MOUNT LAUREL, NJ—Brandywine Realty Trust is developing a new, 10,000 square foot retail center at 7000 Midlantic Drive that will include national tenants, including: Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza; Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches; and Qdoba Mexican Grill.

In addition to providing exclusive site selection in the Delaware Valley region, MSC Retail provided exclusive site selection representation to each of the tenants and pre-development consulting and leasing services to Brandywine.

“Following our tremendous success at 200 Radnor Chester Road, we are thrilled to complete another high-profile suburban development with Brandywine,” says Douglas J. Green, principal of MSC Retail, who led the development. “This site sits in a very high barrier-to-entry trade area and will add much-needed, quality small-shop space to the market.”
