Village Green Expanding its Management Reach to Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA—Village Green, one of the nation's oldest and largest luxury apartment owner-operators, will manage Alden Park apartments, a historic, 750-unit apartment community in East Falls/Manayunk.

PHILADELPHIA, PA—Village Green, one of the nation’s oldest and largest luxury apartment owner-operators, will manage Alden Park apartments. The historic, 750-unit apartment community, located in East Falls/Manayunk near Philadelphia, PA, is owned by L3C Capital Partners, of New York. 

The 96-year-old Village Green has been expanding its third party management platform within the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast: Baltimore, Charleston and now Philadelphia.
