Stream Will Lease New Downtown Tower

FORT WORTH--Anthracite Realty Partners, an affiliate of Jetta Operating Co. Inc., has engaged Stream Realty Partners to oversee leasing and to provide pre-development consulting services for 640 Taylor, a 313,000-square-foot office development in downtown Fort Worth.

FORT WORTH–Anthracite Realty Partners, an affiliate of Jetta Operating Co. Inc., has engaged Stream Realty Partners to oversee leasing and to provide pre-development consulting services for 640 Taylor, a 313,000-square-foot office development in downtown Fort Worth.

The 25-story glass-and-steel tower will serve as the new headquarters of Jetta, which will initially lease 70,000 square feet within the project.
