Big DTZ Executive Jumps Ship

NEW YORK CITY—The firm's former executive managing director has been named Northeast regional director at Stan Johnson, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY.

NEW YORK CITY—Janet Woods has left DTZ and joined Stan Johnson Co. as regional director for the Northeast, based here, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY.

She previously served as executive managing director for DTZ. In this role, she led the national and local nonprofit practice group and served as head of strategy for the local office. In the latter role, she developed the strategic growth plan for DTZ’s tri-state operations. Prior to that, Woods spent six years with JLL as an EVP and national director leading the national and local nonprofit practice group.
