Opus Starts Multifamily in Saint Paul

MINNEAPOLIS—New multifamily developments have sprouted up throughout much of the Minneapolis half of the Twin Cities, and now the Opus Group, one of the most active developers in the region, has launched a multifamily project in downtown Saint Paul. The Minneapolis-based group just started construction on a six-story mixed-use luxury apartment and retail development on W. Seventh St., and company officials say it is a keystone in revitalizing Saint Paul’s historic downtown.
