222 South Main Reaches 100% Occupancy

SALT LAKE CITY, UT—New owner, KBS, has leased 74,000 plus since acquisition.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT—The Salt Lake office of CBRE says that 222 South Main is now 100% occupied. Since purchasing the building in February of 2014, the building’s owner, KBS, has leased a total of 74,114 rentable square feet, bringing the building to full occupancy. Scott Wilmarth and Nadia Letey of CBRE are the building’s exclusive listing agents.

222 South Main is a 426,657-square-foot, class A office building located in the heart of the Central Business District. Constructed in 2009, it was Utah’s first LEED Gold certified high-rise. The building is home to two restaurants and offers its tenants other amenities such as dry cleaning, showers, lockers and secured bike cages.
