Colonnade Adds Restaurant Concept to Mix

LOS ALTOS, CA—Old Port Lobster Shack will occupy one of the ground floor retail spaces in the new multi-family community, Colonnade, according to Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SGNRC). The authentic New England-style seafood restaurant leased approximately 2,800 square feet of corner space and will open in sometime in early 2016. Old Port Lobster Shack joins Barre3 and The Vitamin Shoppe in the new community, with a 71% retail lease volume. Randol Mackley and Steve Gazzera of SRS Real Estate Partners represented both parties in the transaction.
