NEW YORK CITY—Paramount Group has promoted Peter Brindley to SVP of leasing. In this role, he will oversee the leasing of the company's New York portfolio along with Theodore Koltis, EVP of leasing.

Brindley and Koltis will be supported by seasoned commercial real estate professional Douglas Neye, who has been appointed VP of leasing. Neye joins Paramount from JLL.

With his expanded responsibilities, he will play a larger role in advancing our leasing strategy in New York so that we remain exceptionally well positioned to capitalize on the strength in the market. During his 13-year tenure at JLL, Neye focused on maximizing value for the firm's clients by developing comprehensive solutions to meet their real estate needs. He held a number of leasing positons and played a significant role in advancing the firm's client relationships.
