SEATTLE—Seattle-based real estate investment firm HB Management, led by local developers Ed Hewson and Jon Breiner, has assembled and acquired a downtown Seattle apartment site from Antioch University and from a private owner for combined price of $30.5 million.
Located one block from Amazon’s new three-tower campus on 6th Avenue between Battery Street and Bell Street in Seattle’s booming Denny Triangle neighborhood, the half-block site totals approximately 38,000 sq. ft. of 400-foot zoned multifamily land. The site is currently occupied by a surface parking lot and a two-story, 65,000 square foot office building.
