PHOENIX—P.B. Bell, a multi-family housing and real estate development, management and acquisitions firm, has been awarded for its outstanding participation in the Safety Awareness Family Education program (Project Safe), an interactive and family-friendly program supported by the Arizona Multi-Housing Association. The Project Safe program encourages communities to organize family-centric, safety-themed events.

This summer, nearly 120 residents attended the Project Safe event at Reflections at Red Mountain, where more than a dozen children received identification kits as part of the Arizona Child Identification Program (CHIP), supported by the Masonic Lodge. CHIP aids in the identification and recovery of missing children by proactively capturing fingerprints, physical descriptions and a DNA sample.

Debbie Willis, P.B. Bell president and designated broker of property services, tells GlobeSt.com: "Working with the Arizona Multi-Housing Association on this worthwhile project is very important to our company. Project Safe is a worthy program to our company, on site teams and our residents. It's certainly a point of pride for P.B. Bell that so many of our communities participated in the event.”

Reflections at Red Mountain, a P.B. Bell community in Mesa, AZ, was honored for “Best Resident Participation,” while P.B. Bell portfolio director, Cary Cole, was honored for encouraging her portfolio of properties to participate in Project Safe events and for then securing 100% participation from the properties in her portfolio.

“As a company, P.B. Bell values safety, and we're proud to see that our residents do too,” said Willis. “Every one of our properties is a community, and it's heartwarming to see our communities working together to foster safe environments for all of our residents.”
