BELLEVUE, WA—West77 Partners, along with The Hotel Group has completed the ground breaking for a new 254-room Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Bellevue. The Hotel Group, (THG) a nationally recognized Top 40 hotel company, based in Edmonds, WA, has been awarded the management contract. Located two blocks east of the Bellevue Square Mall, the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Bellevue is scheduled for completion in winter 2016/2017.

“We are looking forward to working with West77 Partners on the exciting new Hilton Garden Inn downtown Bellevue. This highly desirable property is perfectly suited for business and leisure travelers alike,” said Douglas Dreher, president and CEO of The Hotel Group. “We are fully committed to the success of this hotel and to providing an outstanding experience for guests as soon as they walk through the door.”

The hotel was designed by Jensen Fey Architects and is currently being constructed by Vandervert Construction, Inc. The developers say plans call for a custom layout, state of the art technology and contemporary finishes inside and out, and that end product will be an impressive addition to Bellevue.
