HOBOKEN, NJ—Hoboken Business Center is launching a major revitalization that will provide tenants with improved amenities and help ensure that the multi-tenanted, 80,000-square-foot office building remains a destination for established and growing businesses.

Located at 50 Harrison Street and owned and managed by JDA Group, HBC features offices ranging from 150-square-foot private workspaces to 1,000- to 3,500-square-foot spaces for small to mid-sized firms. The building is also home to Mission 50 Workspaces, Northern New Jersey's premier coworking community for entrepreneurs, small businesses and freelancers.

Headquartered in Hoboken, JDA and its companies are a privately held, full-service commercial and residential development firm founded by Joseph Dell'Aquila in the early 1980s. Dell'Aquila developed and built the Hoboken Business Center in 2003, with a vision that the underutilized property – part of a designated redevelopment zone – would draw new businesses to the city. The building has thrived in the ensuing years, maintaining virtually 100 percent occupancy and becoming a pillar in its neighborhood.
