Lights! Action! in Midtown South

NEW YORK CITY—A television production firm has inked an expansion and renewal at an area office tower, keeping the tenant there for another decade.

NEW YORK CITY—A television production company has signed a 10-year lease expansion and renewal at 875 Ave. of the Americas. Zero Point Zero Productions is leasing the entire third and fourth floors of the 250,000-square-foot tower, bringing its total occupancy to roughly 37,739 square feet on three-and-a-half floors.  

The tenant—known for such programs as Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown and The Hunt with John Walsh—was represented by Lee & Associates NYC‘s Peter Braus, managing principal and executive managing directors/principals Dennis Someck and Mitchell Kunikoff. It was unclear at press time who represented the property’s owner, Sierra Real Estate, which also manages the 26-story, circa 1920s office tower.
