PORTLAND—Food distributor KeHE Distributors has leased a 383,040 square feet building at PDX Logistics Center I.

Frederick Regnery, principal with Colliers International, Chicago, represented KeHE in the deal. Capstone Partners LLC, with partner PCCP, LLC, is the developer of this two-phase 848,400-square-foot, state-of-the-art logistics park. Capstone was represented by leasing agents Jerry Matson, and Paul Breuer of Colliers' Portland office.

The lessee provides natural and organic, specialty, and fresh products to natural food stores, chain grocery stores, independent grocery stores and other specialty product retailers throughout North America. KeHE is an employee-owned company with over 4,000 employee-owners in the U.S. and Canada.
