It was all about industrial from three perspectives—the national, provided by Geoff Kasselman, and two regional takes, one from CBRE's Richard Sleasman in Albany and the other from Jon Reno of Heger Industrial in Los Angeles. Kasselman, who works for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in his day job, also introduced us to a new concept: IIOT.
