SCOTTSDALE, AZ—The View at Cascade is the newest community by P.B. Bell, located at Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101. It features one- and two-bedroom residences in a resort-style atmosphere, as evidenced by the concierge services available for a fee.
Residents are able to take advantage of a moving and organizing service. Prospective residents who sign a one-year lease by October 31 will be entered to win a complimentary session, valued at $2,000.

Bell has equipped a majority of the community's common area lighting with LED lightbulbs. Kitchen fixtures inside each residence also feature LED bulbs.
The interiors of each of the 187 residences feature plank flooring, quartz counter tops, oversized tubs and 9-foot ceilings. Walk-in closets include shoe storage, and kitchen cabinetry allows for ample storage.
On-site amenities include a yoga studio stocked with TRX equipment, complimentary WiFi in common areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a pool and club that features an outdoor bar, a fire pit, and an entertainment area.
The property has views of Scottsdale's Sonoran desert landscape as well as the area's mountainous horizon especially visible from the five-story tower, the Sky View Lounge.
