The property, located three blocks west of Balboa Park on the corner of 3rd Avenue and Ivy Street, is comprised of three buildings totaling approximately 34,298 square feet on 22,651 square feet of land. It also includes a surface parking lot across the street from the buildings totaling approximately 10,000 square feet of land. The San Diego Daily Transcript occupied this property for more than three decades.
