Studemont Junction Lands First Tenant

HOUSTON--Capcor Partners and Kaplan Management, both Houston-based real estate developers, has found a first tenant for its new mixed-use development Studemont Junction.

HOUSTON–Capcor Partners and Kaplan Management, both Houston-based real estate developers, has found a first tenant for its new mixed-use development Studemont Junction.

Located at the corner of Studemont Street and Interstate 10, the project will welcome Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center—in addition to upscale apartments and retail. The development, situated on a 15-acre tract close to downtown, is one of the few of its size located within the Inner loop and provides the growing Heights area with more medical care.
