BOISE, ID—Sperry Van Ness Auction Services is coordinating the sale of two separate parcels totaling 120-plus acres of industrial-zoned land in Boise in an online-only auction scheduled for October 26-29.
Located in the Gowen Business Park and Boise Distribution Center areas, the properties feature a minimum bid of less than 50% of the 2015 assessed value. Qualified bidders may bid on one or both of the two parcels.
Leading the sale effort on behalf of SVN Auction Services are industry veterans Louis Fisher, and David Gilmore, with support from Ashley Bloom, SVN's land asset expert and founding chairman of its Land Product Council. Rounding out the team is Boise-based advisor Gary Buentgen, of Intermountain Commercial Real Estate, who has been brought on board to provide his local market expertise in assisting with the transactions.
“The team we've assembled to market and coordinate the sale of these properties signifies SVN's philosophy to pull together the right Advisors and experts to best serve the client,” said Fisher. “It's why clients, such as the major equity fund we're representing to sell these Boise properties, continue to look to us for our expert guidance and serve their asset needs.”
The Gowen Business Park asset includes five remaining lots consisting of 26.39 acres on Eisenman Road that are being sold as a single portfolio. The industrial-zoned land features access to I-84 via Gowen Road with nearby dining, shopping and lodging offerings.
The Boise Distribution Center asset represents 93.71 total acres of industrial-zoned land. Lots within this portfolio can be subdivided and sold. The land features Gowen Road frontage and is near the Gowen Road / I-84 interchange. It also features the potential for a rail spur.
