His previous positions include chief operating officer and managing director for The STG Group, senior vice president at Fowler Property Acquisitions, and director and commercial broker at Marcus & Millichap.
"Partnering with Auction.com can be a game changer for commercial real estate brokers who are looking to expand their business and provide their clients with a competitive edge beyond the local market," said Khamish. "Auction.com provides a value-added resource for brokers that delivers advantages such as global exposure, a multi-million dollar marketing program, faster closings and other benefits, all of which enable brokers to focus their attention on meeting their clients' needs and growing their business through referrals and repeat engagements."
Auction.com is unveiling new incentives and program enhancements focused on attracting commercial real estate brokers and making it easier than ever for them to find, buy and sell investments for their clients. These include platform functionality updates including an easier-to-use registration page, a dedicated broker-specific portal, and the ability to submit listings and search for properties offering buyer co-ops.
In an exclusive broker webinar event on Oct. 30, commercial brokers will be introduced to all that Auction.com has to offer, including certainty of commission, superior marketing power and a full range of services, from client management to contracts and closing, all of which allow brokers to focus on building relationships and further growing their business.
