SPRING—Greystone has closed the sale of Spring Creek Village, a 108-unit assisted-living and memory-care community located in Spring.

SRP Medical sold the seniors housing property last month to a joint venture between Harrison Street Real Estate Capital and Bridgewood Property Co. Going forward, the property will be managed by Retirement Center Management.

“Spring Creek Village will benefit from the numerous new developments taking place in Spring, including the $1.2 billion Exxon Mobil corporate headquarters which is only 3.4 miles from the property,” Cody Tremper, managing director at Greystone, told GlobeSt.com. “The new campus has spawned several other large developments as well, including Springwoods Village: a 2,000-acre master-planned community that will be home to over 12,000 people and be comprised of 9-plus-million square feet of office and a 60-acre mixed-use town center featuring restaurants, shops, public plaza and a hotel.”
