MIAMI—“We are witnessing exceptional interest…”

MIAMI—Radice Corporate Center I and II are on a winning streak. The office properties have seen over 30,000 square feet of office leases in the past few months.

Cushman & Wakefield represented Zell Holdings in the leases. CushWake director John K. Criddle inked five new leases totaling 30,156 square feet and one 3,273-square-foot extension at the two-building, class A office campus located in Fort Lauderdale’s Cypress Creek submarket. Cypress Creek is one of the most in-demand submarkets in Broward County.
