PARSIPPANY, NJ—Seven tenants renewed or expanded their leases and three new tenants moved into Normandy Real Estate Partners' two class-A office properties in Parsippany, New Jersey – 99 and 119 Cherry Hill Road, for space totaling 90,018 square feet.

Three existing tenants renewed leases and expanded into larger office space to accommodate growth initiatives. Natrel Communications, Bayada Home Healthcare and Accounting Principals each expanded their footprint and now total 62,889 square feet collectively. Interactive Data, Entegee, H2M and Mark Scordato & Associates renewed leases totaling 18,576 square feet, and Roche Miseo Barchetto, WestGuard Insurance and Terra Tech moved into the building, taking a total of 8,553 square feet.

“Our successful leasing program at Cherry Hill Road validates Normandy's vision for the New Jersey office market,” said Paul Teti, principal of Normandy Real Estate Partners. “Careful stewardship of well-appointed buildings in excellent locations is a formula that attracts and retains superior tenants interested in long term growth.”

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Raymond Trevisan, executive managing director, William O'Keefe, senior vice president, and Kelsey Nakamura, associate vice president, was awarded the assignment last July and has served as exclusive leasing agent. Working closely with Normandy, the Trevisan, O'Keefe, Nakamura team nearly doubled leasing commitments at the complex to 90 percent.

Located at the Interstate 80 interchange and only minutes from Interstate 287, the Cherry Hill Road buildings, built in 1982, are in close proximity to retail centers, restaurants and hotels, further complimenting the complex's existing amenities. Normandy has invested in substantial upgrades to each property, and 99 Cherry Hill Road features 93,250 square feet over three floors while 119 Cherry Hill Road is slightly larger, comprising 95,724 square feet spread across its three floors.

“The Cherry Hill Road complex offers all the benefits of a suburban office including a park-like setting and convenient on-site business amenities,” says Trevisan. “These benefits proved to be major deciding factors for tenants choosing to expand, renew or relocate to this convenient address in an easily accessible location.”
