CHICAGO—MB Real Estate Services Inc. has just promoted project services' team members, Robbie Joseph and Brian Toenjes from project managers to senior project managers.

"Robbie and Brian are integral to our team, providing years of full-service project management expertise, strong work ethic and project leadership," says David Graff, senior vice president and managing director of project services. "They contribute substantial energy and experience to the team, as well as provide exemplary service to our clients and vendors."

Joseph joined MBRE in 2014 after nearly four decades of experience in project management and construction. As the lead project manager for MBRE Healthcare, Joseph specializes in healthcare and medical office developments. He is currently at work on numerous projects throughout the country with a collective construction value of more than $190 million.

Prior to joining MBRE, Joseph worked with many firms including CBRE, Navigant and AMDC in Chicago and completed more than $1 billion in healthcare projects. He has a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Toenjes joined MBRE in 2009 and has more than 18 years of experience in construction and development. In the past six years, he has managed more than 1.4 million square feet, or about $375 million, of construction projects, including development and build-outs for Astellas Pharma US, General Board, Rhinodox, and Chicago Public Schools.

Prior to MBRE, Toenjes led hospitality construction projects for Mid-America Development where he managed the $39 million, phased renovation of the Hyatt Regency Woodfield in suburban Schaumburg. Toenjes received his bachelor's degree in construction management from Bradley University.

The project services team has more than 1.4 million square feet of projects valued at more than $400 million currently underway, company officials say.
