NEWPORT BEACH, CA—RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast commercial real estate management and leasing firm, has been awarded the management and accounting of a 10-property, 1.5 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio owned by Voit Development. The properties are located in Orange County, Los Angeles, Arizona and Hawaii.

RiverRock has hired Stacy Emery from Voit Development to oversee the Southern California portfolio.
