Angeline spans about 6,400 acres with frontage that makes it a smart choice for mixed-use development. The land sits along highly-trafficked thoroughfares Suncoast Parkway and State Road 52.

Avison's Miami director and principal Michael T. Fay and senior vice president Jay A. Ziv are spearheading the marketing and disposition of Angeline.
