NEW YORK CITY—Dino Piccini, who has worked in the commercial real estate field for more than 25 years for the likes of DTZ, Cassidy Turley and Cushman & Wakefield, has joined Transwestern's tenant advisory services platform as a partner.

Piccini will manage and look to expand brokerage services for corporate accounts in the Northeast, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and the Boston area.

"We continue to add talented producers who share our vision of providing a higher level of personalized service for our clients through a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture," says Steve Purpura, Transwestern's Northeast market leader. "Dino's integrity and diligence exemplify the qualities that we look for in our team members."

From 2000 to 2011, Piccini was president of global corporate services at DTZ. When the firm was purchased by UGL and subsequently merged with Cassidy Turley and Cushman & Wakefield, he served as senior vice president. He has represented a number of high-profile clients in the past, including the United Nations, Marsh & McLennan Co., Air Products & Chemicals, Walt Disney Imagineering, JPMorgan Chase, Cigna, U.S. Department of State, UNICEF and Pfizer.

In June, Globest.com exclusively reported on the appointment of Brian McKenzie as COO of Transwestern Northeast to assist Purpura in the planned growth for the Northeast regional operations. In addition to hires this year and planned new hires in the future in New York and Boston, Purpura said at the time that the company was growing its property management, capital markets and project management businesses.
