CINCINNATI—Al. Neyer has just hired Joseph A. Fleming to serve as its chief financial officer and executive vice president. He will lead its project capitalization in all markets, as well as oversee the company's treasury, accounting and human resources functions.

Fleming has more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting and has spent more than 10 years with two real estate investment trusts, including the Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT. As a senior financial officer, he led efforts to obtain more than $5 billion in debt financing, preparing REITs for listings on national stock exchanges, and overseeing earnings forecasting and firm valuations.

"Joe has a strong track record of growing successful relationships across the broad spectrum of debt and equity capital," says president and chief executive officer Molly North. "We are eager to add Joe's dynamic skill set to our bench to support our strategy of expansion in our existing regions as well as entry into new markets."
