HOUSTON--Transwestern has announced that veteran real estate professional Kurt Emshousen has joined the firm as chief administrative officer.
Emshousen also has been appointed to Transwestern's executive committee and board of directors, where he will work closely with the firm's leadership team to promote, support and measure Transwestern's aggressive growth initiatives.
"Transwestern has been enjoying a great season of growth, and we have developed aggressive initiatives to further facilitate that expansion," Chip Clarke, Transwestern's president ¦ Americas told GlobeSt.com. "With Kurt's support, we will continue to accelerate that momentum and capitalize on our strengths."
Emshousen honed his account management skills at KPMG, where he advised Fortune 50 financial services and global manufacturing firms on change management and operational effectiveness. He joined Cassidy Turley in 2011 and quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately serving as chief administrative officer and later chief human resources officer. During his tenure, he led numerous process improvement and technology projects to elevate efficiencies and the employee experience.
"This is an exciting time in Transwestern's history," says Emshousen. "I am impressed by the breadth of the platform and the company's thoughtful growth strategy to address changing market dynamics and evolving real estate needs. I look forward to joining a group of talented business leaders and collaborating with teams around the country to create efficiencies and drive value for a larger audience of real estate owners, users and investors."
