INDIANAPOLISCornerstone Companies, Inc., a privately owned healthcare real estate company in Indianapolis, recently hired Jennifer DuPre as its new senior property manager. She will handle all aspects of on-campus and off-campus medical properties and asset management. DuPre brings more than 30 years of experience to Cornerstone - 20 years of which were dedicated entirely to the management of highly specialized healthcare facilities.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, DuPre worked at Bremner Healthcare, which eventually was acquired by Duke Realty, and managed the facilities departments of many OrthoIndy properties, including: Indiana Orthopedic Hospital, OrthoIndy Main Campus Clinic and OrthoIndy West in Brownsburg, IN. DuPre and seven of her long-time maintenance staff will continue to manage these properties while working at Cornerstone.

"Jennifer's 25-plus years in the healthcare real estate business provides Cornerstone with additional expertise in the management of outpatient ambulatory care medical office buildings which is part of the growing trend away from the higher priced delivery model of on campus acute care settings," Tag Birge, president of Cornerstone, tells GlobeSt.com. "In addition, her OrthoIndy management and her knowledge of State Board of Health, HFAP, Joint Commission standards and regulations are a value-added component she brings to new building development and management."
