PHOENIX—Bryan Cave, a law firm with more than 135 employees, has been located at Renaissance Square for 17 years, and has renewed its long-term 38,878-square-foot lease there. Meanwhile, new tenant, Berkeley Research Group LLC (BRG), committed to a 6,244-square-foot lease also at Renaissance Square, according to Hines, the international real estate firm.

Steve Hamel, Hines’ general property manager, tells GlobeSt.com: “Hines is pleased to renew Bryan Cave’s long-term lease and sign a new lease for Berkeley Research Group LLC. Renaissance Square’s premier downtown location makes it appealing to tenants of all kinds.”
