NEW YORK CITY—SL Green Realty Corp. has signed a lease with the law firm of Golenbock, Eiseman, Assor, Bell & Peskoe at 711 Third Ave. The agreement is for 10 years and covers 38,050 square feet for two tower floors. Scott Panzer from JLL and Robert Silver of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank co-brokered the transaction on behalf of the law firm, while Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen represented SL Green in-house.

Colliers International has arranged a long-term 20,000-square-foot lease at 309 W.125th St., with electronics and appliance retailer P.C. Richard & Son. The tenant represented itself in house for the transaction that will create a new store in Harlem. The landlord, Mitchell Enterprises, was represented by Eric Meyer, a senior managing director with Colliers, along with David Berke of Cushman & Wakefield.

Premier Equities, in a joint venture with Nexus Development, has purchased an 8,024-square-foot mixed-use building at 260 Bowery on the Lower East Side. RKF VP Brian Segall represented both the buyer and the seller, Lyco Investment Corp. in the transaction. RKF also has been selected as the leasing agent for the retail space at the building, which will be delivered vacant upon completion of the development. The space includes 2,950 square feet on the ground floor, 1,950 square feet on the second floor and 1,710 square feet in the basement, as well as 38 feet of frontage on Bowery. The eight-story property also will contain five luxury residential units.

Vroom, the largest online pre-owned car retailer has signed a new lease for a headquarters location at 149 Fifth Ave., between 21st and 22nd Streets. The tenant will occupy 5,665 square feet on part of the fifth floor in the Flatiron District building. A Cushman & Wakefield team of Douglas Regal and Jamie Katcher, represented the tenant in the transaction. Jason Greenstein of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate is relocating and growing its Park Slope office. Located at 187 Seventh Ave., where Sugar Hill Group, is the owner and developer, the new office spans 2,000 square feet. Douglas Elliman was represented in the transaction in-house by Louis Puopolo and Peter Gross of Douglas Elliman Commercial, while Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman of New Street Realty Advisors represented Sugar Hill. Asking rents were $200 per square foot.
