Comcast Expands Call Center in Voorhees, NJ

VOORHEES, NJ—Comcast Corporation is adding more than 100 seats to an existing call center in Voorhees, NJ with the expansion of its existing lease at the Voorhees Technology Center, 401 White Horse Road, Voorhees, NJ, Colliers International’s Evan Zweben tells GlobeSt.com exclusively. 

Colliers’ Southern New Jersey team of Brian Sherlock and Zweben represented the landlord, LSREF2 Oreo, an affiliate of Dallas-based Lone Star Funds, and Binswanger’s Marc Policarpo and Bob Corr represented Comcast in the expansion, which will bring Comcast’s footprint in the building from the current 42,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet in the 215,000 square-foot building. Harris School of Business is the other tenant in the building.
