COLLINGSWOOD, NJ—Ingerman, a developer, builder and manager of multifamily apartment communities, says it has received tax credits to advance six affordable housing projects in Middlesex, Union, Burlington, Hunterdon and Essex Counties.
"In the 25+ years I have been developing affordable housing, no other company has come close to receiving this many tax credit awards in a funding cycle. Receipt of this funding is a strong vote of confidence in our company's long-standing track record of delivering high-quality affordable housing developments that positively contribute to the local community," says Brad Ingerman, founder and CEO of Ingerman. "This is an exciting time for our company. From the receipt of this funding to our growing expansion in the market-rate multi-family sector, we continue to strengthen our position as well as our reputation."
Two of the six developments for which Ingerman received funding are located in Woodbridge Township, Middlesex County; one project will consist of affordable family housing, the other affordable senior housing. Ingerman also will develop affordable family apartments in Rahway, Union County and in Westhampton Township, Burlington County.
